What is Reign Edge
Reign Edge is an AI-native trading platform for serious discretionary traders.
We help you take the trading system you already have — the one in your head, the one you've refined over years of screen time — and turn it into an automated strategy that backtests, monitors the market, and signals you when your setup appears. All without writing a line of code.
The problem we're solving
Most trading tools are built for two extremes: beginners who want a “buy/sell” button, or quants who can code in Python or MQL.
The middle — the discretionary trader with real edge but no engineering background — is underserved.
If you've ever tried to explain your strategy to a developer to automate it, you know the gap: traders think in context and exceptions (“buy the breakout, unless news is within 30 minutes, unlessthe trend has been weak for two days”). Code wants explicit rules. Translation is brutal — and most strategies die in that translation.
Reign Edge closes that gap. The AI speaks both languages.
How Reign Edge works
Reign Edge is built around four AI capabilities, each solving a real pain point in turning intuition into systematic trading:
Define your rules.
You describe your strategy in plain language. The AI asks the questions a thoughtful collaborator would: “When you say breakout, do you mean break of yesterday's high, or break of a swing high? What timeframe?” It surfaces the assumptions you've internalized but never written down.
Detect contradictions and gaps.
The AI cross-references your rules and catches conflicts: “You said avoid trading during news, but your entry trigger doesn't reference an economic calendar — should we add one?” Or: “You haven't defined a stop loss. Want to specify one based on ATR, fixed pips, or structure?”
Suggest improvements via backtest.
Once your rules are structured, the AI runs them against historical data. Then it tells you why they performed the way they did — and proposes targeted refinements. Not generic optimization. Specific, explainable suggestions you can accept, reject, or adjust.
Coach via journal analysis.
When your automated strategy goes live, every trade gets logged. The AI reads your journal alongside the trade data and surfaces patterns: “You've been overriding your stop on EURUSD pairs — those overrides have been net negative.” It's the trading coach you can't afford to hire.
What we believe
Discretionary traders deserve better tools.
The market has spent two decades building platforms for either total beginners or full-time quants. The discretionary trader — usually the best informed, most experienced segment — has been forced into spreadsheets and manual journaling. That ends now.
AI is the only path to nuance at scale.
Form-based rule builders can't capture "unless the market has been chopping for two days." Code requires a skill most traders don't have. AI that understands trading domain is the only technology that bridges this gap.
Your edge stays yours — unless you choose otherwise.
We don't aggregate user strategies, sell signals, or trade against our users by default. If we ever build a research program where traders can optionally contribute strategy data in exchange for tangible benefits, it will be explicit, opt-in, and clearly disclosed — never buried in fine print.
Signals first, execution later.
Auto-execution is a real liability before it's a feature. Bugs cost real money. Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. We start signal-only, prove the AI works, then add execution with strict risk controls.
Built in public, by a trader.
Our founder is a forex trader before he's a founder. He uses Reign Edge for his own trading. He ships updates, shares the journey, and stays close to the market. No outside money, no managed accounts, no investor pressure to compromise the product.
What we're not
We're not a signals service.
We don't tell you what to trade. Your automated strategy fires signals based on your rules — not ours.
We're not gurus.
No course, no Discord, no "join my community to learn the secret." We're builders.
We're not for gamblers.
If you don't have a system — even an informal one — Reign Edge won't help. We turn discipline into automated strategies; we don't create discipline.
We're not for code-fluent quants.
If you can write your own Python backtests, you don't need us. Go use QuantConnect or roll your own.
We don't manage outside capital.

Where we are now
Reign Edge is in Phase 1: Foundation.
We're building the MVP — Forex-only, signal-only, Telegram delivery — for beta in late 2026. The founder is building a manual trading track record in parallel, which will inform the AI's coaching capability.
