  • Explicit — clearly disclosed at the point of opt-in
  • Opt-in only — you will affirmatively choose to participate
  • Reversible — you can withdraw at any time
  • Never buried in fine print — terms will be prominently displayed

Until such a program exists, your information will not be used for these purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate our Services, under contractual obligations that protect your data. These providers may include:

  • Cloud hosting providers — to host and operate our infrastructure
  • Email service providers — to send emails and operate our messaging systems
  • Analytics providers — to understand aggregate site usage
  • Security providers — to protect our Services from abuse and ensure availability
  • Data storage services — to store contact form submissions and operational data

These service providers are bound by contracts (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required) that limit their use of your information to the purposes we specify.

4.1 Other Disclosures

We may also disclose your information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from authorities, or to protect our legal rights, the rights of users, or the safety of any person.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred to the relevant party. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

4.2 We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

5. International Data Transfers

Our service providers operate in multiple countries, including the United States, Japan, and other jurisdictions. If you access our Services from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region with data transfer restrictions, your information may be transferred to these countries.

We rely on the following safeguards for international transfers:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
  • Adequacy decisions where applicable (e.g., the EU–Japan adequacy decision)
  • Data Privacy Framework participation where our service providers are certified

You may request a copy of the safeguards we use by emailing privacy@reignedge.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — for security and bot protection (e.g., Cloudflare's __cf_bm cookie). These are essential to operate our Services and cannot be disabled.
  • Aggregate analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals.

We do not use:

  • Targeting or advertising cookies
  • Social media plugins or tracking pixels
  • Cross-site behavioral tracking
  • Third-party advertising trackers

Because we use only strictly necessary cookies and cookieless analytics, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will request your consent before using them.

6.1 Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Because we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising or sell personal information, this signal does not change much in practice — but we acknowledge and respect it.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required or permitted by applicable law. Retention periods depend on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

  • Contact form submissions: We typically retain this information while we are responding to your inquiry and for a reasonable additional period afterward for record-keeping, audit, and legal-defense purposes. We may delete or anonymize older submissions when they are no longer needed.
  • Server logs: Retained for limited periods consistent with the operational and security requirements of our service providers.
  • Aggregate analytics: Identifiable analytics data is retained for a limited period; aggregate, anonymized metrics may be retained indefinitely.
  • Email correspondence: Retained for a reasonable period for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@reignedge.com. We will respond within the timeframes described in Section 9. Where we are legally required to keep certain records, we may retain limited information solely for that purpose.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Access controls with two-factor authentication on administrative accounts
  • Bot and abuse protection through Cloudflare's security infrastructure
  • Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to prevent spoofing
  • Limited access — only the founder and authorized personnel can access user information

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that may affect you, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators when required by law.
